Alright, listen up, y’all. You wanna know when WWE is comin’ to Los Angeles? Well, it ain’t always easy to figure these things out, you know? It’s like tryin’ to catch a greased pig at the county fair. But I done some lookin’ around, asked a few folks, and here’s what I gathered.
First off, seems like they had somethin’ big called WrestleMania 39 in Los Angeles not too long ago. Yep, that was back in April, on the 1st and 2nd. Folks were all riled up about it, talkin’ ’bout Roman Reigns and all them fellas beatin’ each other up. Sounded like a real hootenanny, even though I ain’t never seen it myself, my grandson told me about it, that boy loves his wrestling shows.
Now, if you missed that, don’t you go frettin’. They got these things called Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown. They’re on TV, see? My grandson told me that Raw is on somethin’ called the USA Network on Mondays, and SmackDown is on the same thing on Fridays. Both of them start around 8 o’clock at night, eastern time, whatever that means. They say it’s live, so I guess that means it’s happenin’ right then and there. Sometimes they film these shows in different places.
- Monday Night Raw: USA Network, 8 PM ET
- Friday Night SmackDown: USA Network, 8 PM ET
- WWE NXT: The CW, Tuesdays at 8PM ET
Then there’s this other thing called NXT. That one’s on Tuesdays, on somethin’ called The CW. They do that one from Orlando, Florida, I hear. Don’t know much about that one, but the young’uns seem to like it. My grandson watches that one too, all the time hollerin’ at the TV. It’s funny watching that boy scream and jump about.
Now, if you wanna see the wrestlin’ live, in person, that’s a whole different story. They have these things called “live events” or “house shows” too. Finding out when they’re comin’ to Los Angeles is a bit tricky. You gotta keep your ears open and your eyes peeled. My grandson says you can find tickets on somethin’ called Ticketmaster. He’s always on that darn computer of his. I swear, he’d marry that thing if he could.
They also had some other events in Los Angeles around WrestleMania time, at that * place. Sounded fancy. Tickets went on sale a while back, so you probably missed that train. They say those were part of “WrestleMania Week”. I ain’t ever seen a whole week dedicated to wrestlin’, but times have changed I guess.
So, when are they comin’ back to Los Angeles for sure? Well, that’s the million-dollar question, ain’t it? They don’t exactly send out postcards to every house, you know. You gotta keep checkin’ those websites, the Ticketmaster one and the WWE one too, I guess. My grandson says they announce these things online. Sometimes, they have special events like “Saturday Night’s Main Event”. That one was in New York a while back. So maybe they’ll do somethin’ like that in Los Angeles sometime soon.
And if you wanna get real fancy, you can get these things called “Legends Boxes” at the events. Sounded expensive to me. Probably got better seats and maybe some free snacks. But I’m happy just watchin’ on TV, or hearin’ about it from my grandson. He tells me all the stories, who won, who lost, who got hit with a chair. It’s like listenin’ to a soap opera, but with more muscles and less cryin’.
Anyway, that’s all I know about the wrestlin’ comin’ to Los Angeles. You gotta do your own homework, keep checkin’ them websites and maybe ask around. Maybe they’ll announce somethin’ soon. And if you do go, have yourself a good time. Just don’t get too rowdy, ya hear?
