Alright, let’s talk about this coach of the Ravens, ya know, the football team. I ain’t no expert, but I watch the games sometimes when I ain’t busy with the chickens.
Now, this fella, John Harbaugh, they say he’s been coachin’ them Ravens since, like, 2008. That’s a long darn time! Longer than my prize-winning rooster, Old Beaky, lived, and he lived a good, long life, let me tell ya. So, this Harbaugh fella, he must be doin’ somethin’ right, I reckon.
They say he’s the longest-servin’ head coach for them Ravens. That means he’s been stickin’ around longer than all the other coaches. Must be tough work, all that yellin’ and stompin’ on the sidelines. Reminds me of my husband when he was tryin’ to get the mule to plow the field. Stubborn as a… well, you know.
I heard tell he’s got a brother, Jim. And wouldn’t you know it, Jim’s a coach too! Coaches the Chargers, they say. Imagine that! Two brothers, both coachin’ big-time football. My boys couldn’t even agree on what to have for supper, let alone coach a whole team. John, he’s the older one, 62 years old. Jim’s 60. Not spring chickens no more, neither of ’em.
This John Harbaugh fella, he seems like a serious fella. Seen him on the TV, always lookin’ all serious-faced. But I guess you gotta be serious when you’re leadin’ a bunch of them big ol’ football players. They gotta listen to somebody, right? It’s like when I tell my grandkids to stop runnin’ around the kitchen, they gotta listen, or they’ll be spillin’ the sweet tea everywhere.
MT Bank Stadium, that’s where they play their games, I think. Big place, I bet. Probably got more seats than my whole town got people. I seen it once on the TV, all lit up and fancy. We ain’t got nothin’ that fancy around here, that’s for sure.
- So, what do we know about this Harbaugh?
- He’s been coachin’ the Ravens for a long time.
- He’s got a brother who’s also a coach.
- He seems serious, like he means business.
And that’s about all I know ‘bout the Baltimore Ravens head coach. He’s been there a long time and he’s gotta be pretty good at his job to stick around so long. Football ain’t my thing, but I can appreciate a hard worker when I see one. Reminds me of myself, workin’ on the farm all these years. It ain’t glamorous, but somebody’s gotta do it.
Anyways, that’s my two cents on this John Harbaugh and them Ravens. Hope it made some sense. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go check on them chickens.
John Harbaugh, that’s the name to remember, if you’re followin’ them Ravens. He’s the boss man, the one callin’ the shots. And from what I hear, he’s been doin’ a pretty good job of it for a good long while. He’s the head coach of the Ravens, and that’s that.
I hear folks talkin’ about the National Football League, the NFL they call it. That’s where the Ravens play. Big deal, I guess. Lots of teams, lots of games, lots of hollerin’ and cheerin’. Seems like a whole lot of fuss to me, but folks enjoy it, so who am I to judge? It’s a whole world out there, and football seems to be a big part of it for some folks.
So yeah, John Harbaugh, coach of the Ravens. Been there since 2008. Got a brother who’s a coach too. Seems like a serious fella. And that’s all she wrote, as they say.
