Alright, so you wanna watch them Bulls play, huh? It ain’t always easy, you know. Things change all the time, like the weather. One day it’s on this channel, the next day it’s somewhere else. Drives me crazy, it does. But I figured some things out, so listen up.
First thing, you gotta know where them Bulls are playing. Is it a home game or are they travelin’? If they’re playin’ at home, in Chicago, well, that makes things a bit easier. There’s this thing called the Chicago Home Sports Network. That’s where they show a lot of the games, but you gotta be in the area to get it, they say it’s for “regional subscribers”, whatever that means. Sounds fancy, but all it means is you gotta live close by, I reckon.
Now, if it’s a big game, like one of them nationally televised ones, then you might find it on ABC, ESPN, or that NBA TV thing. Those channels, they show games all over the country, so more folks can watch. But you gotta pay for them, see? Nothin’s free these days, that’s for sure. Cable bill’s higher than a kite, I tell ya.
- Chicago Home Sports Network: For local games, if you’re lucky enough to live around here.
- ABC, ESPN, NBA TV: For the big games, the ones everyone wants to see. You can get these on somethin’ called “fubo”, but that sounds like one of them made up words to me.
Then there’s this Hulu thing, my grandkids talk about it all the time. Says you can watch live TV on it, including sports. So, if them Bulls are on ABC or ESPN, or one of them local channels, you might be able to watch it there. You just gotta log in, whatever that means, and find the game. It’s all too complicated for me, but the young folks seem to figure it out.
And if you really, really wanna watch every Bulls game, no matter where they play, there’s somethin’ called NBA League Pass. It’s like a special package, you pay extra and you get all the games. But it costs a pretty penny, I hear. Only for the real die-hard fans, I guess. Not for an old lady like me, who just wants to see a game now and then.
Now, sometimes, them Bulls play rugby. Yeah, I didn’t know that either at first. Confused me somethin’ awful. But if you wanna watch that Bulls play rugby, well, that’s a whole different story. It’s on different channels, different times. You gotta go lookin’ for it. There’s this website, “*”, they say. But again, too fancy for me. My grandson showed me once, I think the game was on a Saturday. But I don’t know, it could be different every week you know, like I said, just like the weather!
And speaking of games, I saw some folks talkin’ about games for parties and family fun. That ain’t got nothin’ to do with the Bulls, but it reminded me. Sometimes, watchin’ sports with the family, that’s the best fun you can have. Even if the Bulls lose, at least you’re together, right?
Also I saw some stuff about clothes and equipment. I don’t know much about that, but if you’re gonna go to a game, you wanna wear somethin’ nice, I guess. Or if you’re playing sports yourself, well, you need the right gear. But that’s a whole ‘nother story. We’re talkin’ about watchin’ the Bulls here.
Anyways, the best time to watch the Bulls game is when it is live. That way you do not hear about the score and spoil it. But sometimes the games are too late for old folks like me to stay up.
So, to recap, check your local channels, especially that Chicago Home Sports Network. Look for games on ABC, ESPN, and NBA TV. If you got that Hulu thing, try that too. And if you’re a real fanatic, maybe get that NBA League Pass. And for rugby, well, good luck, you’re on your own there. Just remember, it ain’t always easy, but if you really wanna watch them Bulls, you’ll figure it out. Just like I did, eventually.
