That Collin Morikawa, he’s a good boy, ain’t he? Playin’ that golf game, hittin’ that little ball real good. Heard he’s won some big deals, what they call majors. Two of ’em, I reckon. Fancy name for a game, but that’s what they call it.
One time, he won the PGA Championship. That was back in, uh, 2020, I think. Some folks said it was a fluke, a lucky break. But he showed ’em, didn’t he? He went and won another one, somethin’ called the Open Championship. That was in 2021. Won it right off the bat, first time playin’. That’s somethin’, ain’t it?
They say he’s won six times on that PGA Tour. Big shots, playin’ against all them other fellas. He’s won other games too, but these majors, them’s the real deal, they say. Like winnin’ the county fair pie contest, but way bigger. He must be makin’ a pretty penny, that Collin Morikawa.
This Collin Morikawa, he’s good at winnin’ these majors. First time he played in that PGA Championship in 2020, he won it! First time! Then, the next year, 2021, he goes and plays in that Open Championship for the first time, and what do you know? He wins that one too! Like pickin’ the best apples right off the tree, this boy’s got a knack for it, I tell ya.
He must practice a whole heap. Hittin’ that ball, walkin’ all over them green fields. Heard he’s got a good swing. Must be strong, too, to hit it that far. That’s what it takes to win them majors, I suppose. Strong arms and a good eye. And a whole lot of luck, maybe.

He’s made a good chunk of change, too. Over thirty thousand dollars, they say. That’s more than I’ve seen in my whole life, I reckon. He’s doin’ alright for himself, that Collin Morikawa. Good for him.
These majors are a big deal in that golf world. They only come around a few times a year. Like a special holiday, but for golf. And this Collin, he’s won two of ’em already. He’s still a young fella, too. Got plenty of time to win some more, I reckon. If he keeps playin’ like he is, he’ll be winnin’ majors for years to come.
That Tiger Woods fella, he was good at golf. He won in 2000. I remember that. I don’t know if he played that Collin fella, but that Tiger, he was something, too. But this Collin Morikawa, he’s somethin’ special. Winnin’ them majors like he does. He’s got a gift, I tell ya. A real gift for that golf game.
I don’t know much about golf, to be honest. But I know winnin’ is winnin’. And this Collin Morikawa, he’s a winner. Two majors, six wins, lots of money. He’s done good. He’s made a name for himself, that’s for sure. Hope he keeps it up. Makes for a good story, a young fella doin’ so well.
You know, watchin’ him on the TV, he seems like a nice boy. Humble, too. Don’t see that much these days. Maybe that’s why he’s so good. He keeps his head down, works hard, and good things happen. That’s what my old pa used to say. And it seems to be true for this Collin Morikawa and his majors. He just keeps winnin’ ’em.
