You askin’ if the Jets and Giants play in the same place? Well, let me tell ya, they do!
I heard it from someone who knows these things. They both play at that big ol’ MetLife Stadium. Yeah, that’s the one. It’s in East Rutherford. Where’s that? It’s in New Jersey, I reckon. Not too far from New York City. Just about 5 miles, I heard.
Jets and Giants in MetLife Stadium
That MetLife Stadium, it’s a big place. They built it back in 2010. Before that, there was another stadium, the Giants Stadium. They used to play there. But now, it’s all about MetLife.
So, the New York Jets, they play there. And the New York Giants, they play there too. Both of ’em! It’s their home. They play all their home games right there in that one stadium. It’s a big deal, ya know?
When Did the Jets and Giants Start Playing?
Now, someone told me somethin’ interesting. The Jets and Giants, they didn’t always play each other. Can you believe that? Seems like they shoulda been playin’ each other from the start, right? But no! They first played way back in 1969. Yep, that’s a long time ago! It wasn’t even in New York, or New Jersey. It was in some place called New Haven, in Connecticut. Some Yale Bowl thing. I don’t know much about that, but that’s what I heard.

Giants and Jets – It’s in New Jersey!
Some folks get confused, thinkin’ they play in different places. But nope! Jets and Giants, same stadium. It is MetLife Stadium, that’s the name. Easy to remember, right? Unless you’re like me and forget things sometimes. But I remember this one! MetLife Stadium. Big place. Lots of seats.
They got their trainin’ place too, the Giants do. It’s called the Quest Diagnostics Training Center, all the way out in New Jersey, where they do the training. That’s where they practice, I guess, gettin’ ready for the games. The Jets, they do their training other places, I think. But when it’s game time, they all come to MetLife Stadium. That’s the place to be!
So, They Both Play at MetLife?
Yeah, they do. It’s like sharin’ a house, but a really, really big house. A house that can fit a whole lotta people watchin’ football. They even got different locker rooms, I bet. Probably so they don’t get their stuff mixed up. Can you imagine a Jets player wearin’ a Giants helmet by mistake? Wouldn’t that be somethin’?
And the fans, they come from all over. Some for the Jets, some for the Giants. But they all end up in the same place. That MetLife Stadium. It’s a busy place, that’s for sure. Especially on game days!

MetLife Stadium – It’s a Big Deal
So, there ya have it. Jets and Giants, same stadium. MetLife Stadium. East Rutherford, New Jersey. Remember that. It’s important if you wanna see a game. And it’s a big stadium, so you won’t miss it. You know, they say it’s one of the biggest and newest ones around. Probably cost a lot of money to build, I bet. But it’s worth it, I suppose. Gives those football players a good place to play.
I ain’t never been to a game myself. Too many people for me. But I hear it’s somethin’ to see. All those people, cheerin’ and shoutin’. Must be quite a spectacle. Maybe one day I’ll go, just to see what all the fuss is about. But for now, I’m happy just hearin’ about it. And I know one thing for sure, Jets and Giants both play in MetLife Stadium!
