Okay, so today was a bit of a rollercoaster, to say the least. It all started like any other day. I woke up, got ready, and headed out. The time was around 03:15 AM, I remember it clearly because it was New Year’s Day.
I was driving down the street when suddenly, I saw some barriers ahead. Now, I thought these things were supposed to be in place to prevent accidents, you know? Keep everyone safe and sound, especially during holidays when things can get a bit wild. But for some reason, I found a way to bypass them. I don’t know how, maybe I wasn’t paying enough attention, or perhaps they weren’t set up correctly. It’s all a blur now.
Anyway, I got past the barriers, and that’s when things took a turn for the worse. There was an incident. It happened so fast, I can hardly recall the details. People got hurt, and I feel terrible about it. I wish I could go back and change things, make sure those barriers did their job, but I can’t.
I heard on the news later that the FBI is involved now, which is pretty serious. They’re probably trying to figure out what went wrong and how to prevent something like this from happening again. Honestly, I hope they do. Nobody should have to go through something like this, ever.
I keep seeing all these news reports about it, “breaking news,” “exclusive interviews,” and all that jazz. It’s all over the place – national news, world news, even the weather channels are talking about it.
To make matters worse, I found out that one of the victims, this guy named White, he had some kind of lung problem. I can only imagine how much harder that made things for him. My heart goes out to his family and everyone affected by this whole mess.

I just want to say, I’m truly sorry for what happened. I never meant for anyone to get hurt. I hope everyone involved can find some peace and that we can all learn from this to make sure it never happens again.
