Okay, so today I wanna talk about my little adventure trying to find the most populated crystal fly area. I’ve been playing this game for a while now, and crystal flies are always something I need more of. So, I decided to really dig in and find the best spots to farm them.
First off, I started by hitting up all the usual places. You know, the ones everyone always talks about. I went to that domain in Guyun Stone Forest. It’s not a bad spot, honestly. I grabbed like 8 or 9 of them there, and they respawn every day, which is pretty sweet.
Then I remembered about that gadget that lets you trap them. I think I made it for 15 crystal cores, and put it somewhere in my teapot. I’ll have to check later, but if I remember right, it gives you a decent amount of cores each week. But I just wanted to do my best to find the most populated area for it.
- I tried to use Nahida’s skill, but it didn’t work.
- I flew up from the edge of the stair to catch them.
After that, I teleported over to the mountains left of Liyue. There’s this cave behind a hilichurl camp, and it’s loaded with crystal flies. I must have caught a dozen or so in there. It’s a bit of a pain to get to, but totally worth it for the haul.
Exploring Inazuma and Sumeru
I also checked out Inazuma, specifically the waypoint north of Tatarasuna. There are a few there, but not as many as the other spots I found. Still, it’s a good place to hit up if you’re already in the area.
Next, I headed to Sumeru. I found a bunch of crystal flies west of Vanarana. And there are some near a teleportation point in the east, but they weren’t as clustered together. But the Vanarana ones, man, they were everywhere.
So, after all that running around, I think the cave near Liyue and the area west of Vanarana are probably the best spots. They’re just packed with crystal flies. If you’re looking to stock up, those are the places to go. It took me a good chunk of time, but I feel like I’ve got a pretty good handle on where to find these little guys now. Hope this helps someone else out there!
