Okay, so I’ve been getting a lot of questions about Joe Rogan lately, especially about his height and weight. People seem really curious about the guy’s physique. So, I decided to do a little digging and share what I found, along with some of my own observations.
First off, I started by scouring the internet for any info on Joe’s stats. Turns out, there’s a bunch of stuff out there, but it’s not all consistent. Most sources I found say that Joe Rogan is about 5’7″ tall. That seems about right based on what I’ve seen of him on his podcast and in other videos. Seems like a pretty average height, nothing too crazy there.
Now, when it comes to weight, that’s where things get a bit more interesting. From what I gathered, Joe usually weighs around 190 to 200 pounds. It’s obvious he’s in good shape, so I wasn’t surprised that he’s carrying a bit of muscle. I read somewhere that he does a lot of kettlebell workouts and bodyweight stuff like chin-ups, dips, and these things called L-pull-ups. Sounds pretty intense, I gotta say. Honestly, I tried doing a few chin-ups after reading about it, and let me tell you, it ain’t easy! I pulled a muscle in my back and had to lie down for a bit. I admire the guy’s dedication to fitness, I really do.
I also noticed that Joe has a family – a wife, Jessica, and three kids, Lola and Rosy. I think I read somewhere that Lola is about 15 and Rosy is 13. Raising kids is tough work, so I bet that helps keep him active, too!
From all of this, I started putting together a picture of Joe Rogan’s physique. He’s not a huge guy, but he’s definitely solid and muscular. I also found his shoe size is 10 US, which is pretty average I suppose.
Anyway, I thought it would be fun to share my little investigation with you all. It’s always interesting to learn more about the people we see in the media, especially when they’re as into fitness as Joe Rogan is. I mean, the guy’s built like a tank, even though he’s not that tall. And his workout routine? Forget about it. I’ll stick to my daily walks, thank you very much.
And that’s all folks, I hope you found my little research helpful and enjoyable!
