Okay, so I wanted to keep track of the BYU football team’s players, like who’s starting and who’s on the bench. I went on the internet and searched “byu football depth chart”.
First thing I did was just to browse the results to get an idea. The information was kinda scattered but it gave me some basic names and positions. There are positions like WR-X, WR-Z, WR-SL, and LT. And players with names like Marion, Keelan, Lassiter, Darius, Roberts, Chase, and Etienne. It seems like they put down the players’ class too, like RS JR/TR or RS SR/TR.
Then I looked into a few pages that list the players for the 2024 team. I jotted down a bunch of names and their positions so I could start to see who’s who. This wasn’t too hard, just a bit time-consuming, copying and pasting all this stuff into my notes.
Here’s a snippet of what I managed to put together:
- WR-X: Marion, Keelan
- WR-Z: Lassiter, Darius
- WR-SL: Roberts, Chase
- LT: Etienne
After that, I wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing anyone or getting anything wrong. I tried to cross-check the info from different places. It looks like these depth charts can change a lot, so I guess it’s something you gotta keep updating. But for now, I feel like I got a pretty good handle on the main players.
What I Did
First, I searched online to find the recent depth chart for the BYU football team. Then I looked at several sources to make sure I had the right players and positions. I copied down the key players and tried to organize them by their positions. I made a simple list to keep track of the starters and main backups. Finally, I double-checked my info to make sure it was accurate and up-to-date.
It was a bit of a pain, but now I have a decent list to work with. I think I’ll keep an eye on this and update it as the season goes on, just to stay in the loop.
