Okay, so, I was trying to figure out which Ohio State players weren’t gonna be in the game today. First, I started poking around to get a general idea of what’s up with the team.
I saw something about the College Football Playoff and how Ohio State’s playing some big game soon. They’re hosting the Wolverines, which I guess is a big deal. Anyway, it said a few players would be out.
Then I dug a little deeper. Found out that Ohio State’s got a game against the Volunteers. Apparently, most of the team is good to go for that one, but four players won’t be there.
- Timothy Caffey – Out for the season. Bummer.
- Seth McLaughlin – Same deal, out for the season.
- Josh Simmons – You guessed it, also out for the season.
Those three guys are all injured. I also found some info about a player named Denzel Burke. The coach, Ryan Day, said Burke will be available for the CFP Title game, so that’s good news for Ohio State fans. I don’t know exactly who all these people are but it sure makes me more interested in college football now.
So, to recap, it looks like Ohio State is missing a few players due to injuries, but they’ve still got most of their team ready for their upcoming games. I might need to do more research because I found a bunch of different games mentioned, one against the Wolverines and one against the Volunteers, and also this CFP Title game. Oh well, I guess that’s something for me to learn about later!
