Okay, so I was trying to figure out this crossword puzzle, and there was this clue: “adidas smith tennis shoe”. I was stumped for a bit. I mean, I know Adidas, and I know tennis, but “smith”? What’s that all about? So, naturally, I start looking around. I look at Adidas’ own site, thinking they’d have all the info right there. And yeah, they’ve got a ton of shoes, but nothing that really jumped out at me as the answer.
Then I went on to some other online store called wehkamp. They say they’ve got a bunch of Adidas Sportswear shoes and that they’re fast with delivery and returns. But still, nothing about this “smith” thing.
After that, I found this crossword solver site. It’s supposed to help with clues and stuff, right? I typed in some other clue I was having problems with, “Biological building blocks,” and it gave me like 30 answers! But when it came to the Adidas clue, it didn’t really help much.
Next, I checked out another place called MandM. They advertise having a lot of cheap stuff from big brands like Adidas, UGG, and Converse. You’d think they’d have this shoe, but nope, nothing there either. It’s like everyone’s got Adidas shoes, but not the one I’m looking for.

There was also some Adidas shoe for mountain biking, called Trailcross LT, it’s lightweight, but it’s for biking, not tennis.
So, after all this searching, I was still stuck on the crossword clue. Turns out, I remembered my grandpa’s old shoes, and he always said they were super good for tennis, it’s the Stan Smith shoes! It finally clicked.
