I’ve been hooked on Monopoly Go lately, and the Martian Core Quest? Man, it’s a doozy. I spent a good chunk of yesterday diving into it, and let me tell you, it was a wild ride.
First, I gathered all my dice rolls. I had a decent stash saved up, something like 500, I think? I knew this quest was gonna need a lot of rolling, so I wanted to be prepared. Then I jumped into the game and started rolling like crazy.
Getting Started
The first few steps of the quest? Pretty straightforward. I landed on a bunch of Chance and Community Chest tiles. I picked up a few properties here and there, nothing too major. It felt like the game was just easing me in, you know?
Things Got Tricky
But then, oh boy, things got tricky. I needed to land on specific tiles, like, a bunch of times. And of course, the dice had other plans. I kept landing on everything BUT those tiles. I burned through a good hundred dice rolls, easy, just trying to hit those spots.
Strategy Shift
At one point, I decided to switch up my strategy. Instead of just rolling blindly, I started paying more attention to the board. I tried to aim for tiles that were close to the ones I needed, hoping to nudge the odds in my favor. It felt like I was playing chess with the dice, haha.
Rewards and Frustrations
I did manage to complete a few parts of the quest. Got some cool rewards, like new tokens and a bunch of in-game cash. But man, the frustration! I spent hours just going in circles. I even considered giving up a few times. But I’m stubborn, so I kept at it.
Finally
- I focused on collecting sets of properties, trying to trigger those bonus rewards.
- I used up almost all my dice rolls, but I finally managed to land on those last few tiles I needed.
- I completed the quest in the end, after a long, hard grind.
Was it worth it? I’m not sure, to be honest. I got some decent rewards, but it took up so much time. It’s definitely a challenge, that’s for sure. If you’re gonna tackle the Martian Core Quest, be prepared for a long haul. And make sure you have plenty of dice rolls saved up!
