Okay, so, I got really into this game called “Monopoly Go” recently, and there’s a new event going on called “Cupid’s Cities.” I thought I’d share my experience and some things I’ve picked up along the way. It’s super fun, you guys should check it out.
First off, I started by just logging into the game, like I do every day. There’s usually some free stuff in the Shop, and guess what? They don’t reset their 8-hour timer. So, I grabbed those free gifts right away. Gotta make the most of it, right?
Then, I noticed the “Cupid’s Cities” event banner and clicked on it. It seems like we gotta collect hearts and build some attractions in different cities. Sounded interesting, so I jumped right in.
I began traveling between cities. The game lets you do that, which is pretty cool. Each city has its own vibe and different attractions to build. I started with the first one on the list, just to get a feel for it.
- I rolled the dice and moved around the board, just like in regular Monopoly.
- I landed on some special event tiles and got some hearts.
- Then I used those hearts to start building the first attraction in the city.
Honestly, at first, I was just winging it. But then I realized there might be some tricks to it. I remembered seeing some tips online about how to win at Monopoly Go. So I quickly checked on a few forums, just quickly scanned through for a few minutes.
There are a bunch of strategies out there. I started paying more attention to the tiles I was landing on. Some give you more hearts than others, so I tried to aim for those. Also, upgrading the attractions seems to give you more rewards, so I focused on that too.
I kept playing like this for a while, traveling between cities, collecting hearts, and building attractions. It’s a grind, but it’s satisfying to see the cities come to life. I also made sure to collect those free gifts from the Shop whenever they were available.
It was getting late, and I was tired, so I decided to call it a night. But I am really getting hooked on this event. It’s a nice change of pace from the regular game. I think I did pretty well for my first day. I managed to build a few attractions and get a decent amount of hearts.
Tips from my own experience
I think the key is to be patient and consistent. Just keep playing, collecting those hearts, and upgrading your attractions. And don’t forget the free gifts! They really help. I’ll keep playing and see how far I can go. Maybe I’ll share another update later. Wish me luck! And if any of you guys are playing too, let me know how it’s going for you! Let’s get those cities built!
