Okay, so I’ve been grinding away at this Monopoly GO! thing again, and let me tell you, this Turkey Race event is a whole different beast. I jumped in right when it started on November 22nd. Two days to get through all this stuff, you know?
First off, I noticed the Gravy Train tournament wrapped up. Out with the old, in with the new, I guess. So, Turkey Race it is! I started rolling, trying to land on those event-specific tiles.
- First few milestones, pretty easy, some cash, a few dice rolls. Nothing to write home about.
- Then, boom, sticker packs! Always good to get those.
- Kept pushing, and the rewards started getting a bit better. More dice rolls, which is what I really need to keep going.
I’m not gonna lie, it got a little tough. There were moments I thought I wouldn’t hit some of these milestones. But I kept at it, using up all my dice, even getting more with the rewards.
It’s a grind, no doubt. But those rewards, man, they’re tempting. Especially the bigger dice rewards further down the list. I had to plan my rolls a bit, make sure I’m hitting those special tiles to get the points.
My Final Push
Day two, I’m in the home stretch. I’m seeing the end in sight, but those last few milestones are a doozy. I spent a good chunk of my day just rolling, collecting, and trying to strategize. I even set some timers to remind me when I could get more free dice.
Finally, after a lot of ups and downs, I hit the last milestone. That feeling when you get that final reward, it’s pretty sweet. All that effort, all those dice, it paid off. I ended up with a bunch of cash, a good amount of dice to start the next event, and some new stickers. Was it worth it? I think so. It’s a fun little challenge, and hey, who doesn’t love free stuff in a game?
So, that’s my Turkey Race story. It’s a grind, but if you’re dedicated, you can get some good stuff. Just be ready to roll a lot of dice!
