So, last night I decided to tune into WWE RAW, it was January 27, 2025. Man, what a show! It went down live from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. I was really pumped because I heard Roman Reigns was going to be a big part of it.
First off, I grabbed my phone and started scrolling through some fan forums. A lot of folks were buzzing about Reigns being on the cover of the WWE 2K25 video game. I mean, the guy’s a legend, so it makes sense. I made a mental note to pre-order that game later.
Then, I fired up the TV and got ready for the show. I’ve been following WWE for years, and RAW has always been my favorite. There was some buzz online about some “Tribal Combat” match. It’s a cool name, I like it.
The show kicked off, and there were some decent matches. I saw a promo hyping up this Tribal Combat thing even more. They mentioned something about “Ula Fala,” but I wasn’t too sure what that was about. Anyway, the anticipation was building up.
And then, the moment I was waiting for, Paul Heyman came out! That guy is such a great talker. He started talking about Roman Reigns’ win in the Tribal Combat match, calling him the “Tribal Chief” and the “G.O.A.T.” I mean, he’s right. It felt like a big deal, and the crowd was loving it.
Heyman then made it official. He announced that Roman Reigns would be on the cover of WWE 2K25. The crowd went wild! I gotta admit, even I got goosebumps. I immediately grabbed my phone again and pre-ordered it. I don’t care what else is on it, I gotta have that game. The design of Roman on the cover is amazing!
Later in the show, they had this whole segment where Solo Sikoa and Roman Reigns went at it in a Tribal Combat match. I was on the edge of my seat. It was brutal, but there was a clear winner. I won’t spoil it for you, but let’s just say it lived up to the hype. They also said it was their first-ever singles match. It’s really interesting.
After that match, Roman Reigns delivered a killer promo, but it was interrupted by some other wrestlers. It set up some interesting storylines for the future. I’m already looking forward to next week’s show.
My Takeaway
- Roman Reigns is still the top dog. His presence on the show, the cover reveal, it all just solidifies his status.
- The Tribal Combat match was insane. It’s a cool match type, and they delivered.
- Paul Heyman is a genius. The way he hypes up Roman Reigns is just masterful.
- WWE 2K25 is going to be huge. With Roman Reigns on the cover, it’s a must-have for any wrestling fan.
Overall, it was a great night of WWE RAW. I’m glad I tuned in. It left me wanting more, and that’s exactly what a good wrestling show should do.
