Okay, so I got really curious about this Doug Edey guy. Heard some folks talking about how tall he is, and it got me wondering. So, I decided to do a little digging myself.
First Steps
First off, I hit up the usual spots, you know, the big search engines. Typed in “Doug Edey height” and all that. I got a bunch of results, but nothing really concrete. Lots of different numbers were floating around, and it was kinda confusing.
Diving Deeper
Not one to give up easily, I decided to dig a little deeper. I went to some basketball forums and fan pages. Figured maybe there would be some discussions or posts where people talked about his height, especially since he’s a basketball player. Spent a good chunk of time scrolling through threads and comments. It was like looking for a needle in a haystack.
Social Media
Then I thought, why not check out his social media? Maybe he posted something about it, or maybe there are pictures where you can kind of guess his height based on who he’s standing next to. I found his profiles and started looking. No direct mentions of his height, but I did find some group photos. Tried to compare him to other players whose heights I could find, but it was still not very accurate.
Narrowing It Down
- Started to make a list of all the different heights I found.
- Tried to cross-reference them to see if there was any consensus.
- Made a mental note to discount anything that seemed like wild guesses or jokes.
Reaching Out
I even thought about reaching out to people who seemed to know him or had met him. Sent a few messages, but didn’t get any replies. Probably thought I was some weirdo, haha.
The Conclusion?
After all this, I still don’t have a definitive answer. It seems like his height is somewhere around the 6’6″ to 6’8″ mark, but that’s just my best guess based on all the stuff I looked at. It’s a bit frustrating not knowing for sure, but hey, it was a fun little investigation. Maybe one day I’ll find out the real number, or maybe I’ll just run into him and can ask him myself!
It’s kind of a bummer that I didn’t get a solid answer, but it was still a fun little project. Just goes to show that sometimes, even with all the info in the world at our fingertips, some things just stay a mystery.
