Okay, so I saw this wrestler, Karrion Kross, and the guy is totally bald. But I remembered he used to have hair. It got me thinking, what if I try to make him have hair again? So, I decided to give it a shot.
Getting Started
First, I needed a good picture of Kross. I looked around online and found a decent one where he’s looking straight ahead. I opened up Photoshop – that’s the tool I usually mess with for this kind of stuff.
Adding the Hair
Next, I had to figure out what kind of hair to give him. I thought about it for a bit and decided on a simple, short haircut. Nothing too fancy, just something to cover up that shiny dome of his. I found another picture online of a guy with the kind of hair I wanted. Then, I started cutting out that hair from the picture using the lasso tool in Photoshop. It’s a bit like using scissors, but on the computer.
Making it Fit
This was the tricky part. I took the hair I cut out and placed it on Kross’s head. Of course, it didn’t fit perfectly at first. I had to resize it, rotate it a little, and warp it to make it look like it actually belonged there. It took some time and a lot of fiddling around, but I finally got it to a point where it looked somewhat natural.
Blending it In
- I used the smudge tool to blend the edges of the hair with his head.
- I adjusted the color of the hair a bit to match the lighting in the Kross picture.
- I added some shadows under the hair to make it look more realistic.
The Final Touches
After all that, I took a step back and looked at the whole picture. It looked pretty good! I made a few more tiny adjustments, just to clean things up. Then, I saved the picture and called it a day. It wasn’t perfect, but it was a fun little project. It’s kinda funny seeing Karrion Kross with hair again, even if it’s just in a picture I messed with.
So that’s my adventure in giving Karrion Kross a virtual haircut. It was a good way to kill some time and practice my Photoshop skills. Maybe next time I’ll try something even crazier, like giving him a mohawk or something. Who knows?
