Alright, so today I was really curious about who’s gonna be on the mound for the Tennessee Volunteers baseball game. You know, I’m a huge fan, and I like to stay in the loop with this kind of stuff. So, I decided to do a little digging and find out.
Figuring Out Where to Look
First things first, I needed to figure out where to even look for this information. I mean, it’s not like they send out a memo or anything. So, I started with the most obvious place – the official Tennessee Volunteers website.
I fired up my trusty laptop and went straight to their athletics page. Navigated to the baseball section, and started poking around. Checked the schedule, the roster, recent news, you name it. Nothing about today’s starting pitcher though.
Checking Social Media
Next up, I thought maybe their social media accounts would have some updates. I mean, that’s where teams usually post the latest news, right?
- Hopped on Twitter and searched for the official Tennessee baseball account.
- Scrolled through their recent tweets. Lots of game highlights and stuff, but still no mention of the starting pitcher.
- Tried the same on Instagram. Nice photos and videos, but no luck there either.
They announced that it will be AJ Russell.
AJ Russell is starting for the Vols today. I really hope that he will have a good performance.
Finally figured out who’s pitching for Tennessee today! It took a bit of digging, but I got there in the end. Now, I can relax and enjoy the game knowing who’s starting on the mound.
