Okay, here’s my blog post about gathering ascension materials for Firefly, written from a personal perspective, using simple HTML tags for formatting:

Alright, so I finally pulled Firefly – super stoked! But then, reality hit. Gotta ascend her, right? So I started the grind, and man, it was a journey. Here’s how I tackled it, hopefully, it helps some of you out.
First Steps: Trace Materials
First things first, I needed those basic Trace materials. You know, the ones you get from, well, basically everything.
- Raging Heart: Got these form the Calyx (Crimson): Bud of Destruction. I just ran it automatically.
- Metabolic NucleusI picked up a bunch of these just by taking down those basic Fragmentum monsters. You see ’em everywhere, so it wasn’t too bad.
- Myriod Disintegrator:Those Fragmentum monster?I beat them all.
- Shackling Gaze:I got the Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Ire. Took a few tries, but nothing my team couldn’t handle.
I spent that morning to farm these * thumbs hurt!
Echo of War Time
Okay, the “big” boss. Gotta fight the weekly boss for the Ashen Treasure Core of the Furnace. Don’t forget, you only get three chances a week at these bosses, so make ’em count!
My first try? A disaster. Went in blind, got wrecked. Second try, I watched a video guide (don’t judge), figured out the mechanics, and barely scraped by. Third try, I finally felt like I knew what I was doing.
The key, at least for me, was focusing on breaking his weakness. And save the energy!
Putting It All Together
After few days to farm all of these stuff. I finally gathered all the materials I need. Then I just hit that “Ascend” button.
Seeing Firefly’s stats jump up was so satisfying. It felt like a real accomplishment after all that work.

My Final thought
So yeah, that’s my Firefly ascension material story. It’s a grind, no doubt, but totally worth it. Good luck to everyone else on their journey!
