Okay, so I’ve been getting into collecting sports cards lately, and I decided I wanted to snag a Josh Allen rookie card. Figured it’d be a cool thing to have, you know, with him being a star quarterback and all.
The Hunt Begins
First thing I did was hit up the internet. I started browsing around, checking out different websites that sell cards.
I quickly realized there’s a TON of different Josh Allen rookie cards. Like, seriously, a lot. Different brands, different designs, different everything. It was a little overwhelming, to be honest.
Narrowing it Down
I spent some time figuring out which cards were the “big ones” – you know, the ones that collectors really go for. After doing the research, I found out that cards were my target.
- Some of the more popular ones seemed to be from Panini Prizm, Donruss Optic, and National Treasures.
- I saw some with autographs, some with pieces of his jersey, and some that were just plain base cards.
Making the Purchase
After browsing for a while, I finally found one I liked. I am not sure, but maybe It was a Panini Prizm. It wasn’t the most expensive one, but it was in good condition and looked pretty sharp.
I ended up, after spending a couple of hours, at last finding one. It cost me more than I originally planed, but I had to get it.
The Waiting Game
Now comes the hard part – waiting for it to arrive! I’m like a kid on Christmas morning, constantly checking the tracking information. Hopefully, it gets here soon and in good shape.

The card finally arrived! It was packaged really well, so it was in perfect condition. I gotta say, it looks even better in person. I’m definitely happy with my purchase.
I’m thinking I’ll probably get it graded at some point, just to see what kind of condition it’s officially in. But for now, I’m just going to enjoy having it in my collection.
It was a fun little adventure, tracking down this Josh Allen rookie card. Now I’m thinking, what card should I go for next?
