Okay, so today I decided to give the “Roman Reigns workout” a shot. I’ve seen some stuff about it online, and honestly, the guy’s a beast, so I figured, why not see what all the fuss is about?

Getting Started
First thing I did was try and find the actual workout. No suprise, because he is famous, so many websites show different routines. I picked one that seemed doable, not too crazy, but still challenging.
The Workout
It was mostly focused on strength training, which makes sense. Here’s the rough breakdown of what I did:
- Warm-up: Some light cardio, just jogging in place and some dynamic stretching. Got the blood flowing, you know?
- Monday (Chest and Triceps) Included bench presses, incline dumbbell presses, and triceps pushdowns. Three sets of 10-12 reps, Man, I was feeling it by the third set!
- Tuesday: (Back and Biceps): It was rows, pull-ups, and bicep curls. My back was on fire. Pull-ups are always tough.
- Wednesday(Leg): Focused on squats, leg presses, and hamstring curls. Squats are always a killer, but I pushed through.
- Thursday (Shoulders) I did overhead presses, lateral raises, and front raises. My shoulders were burning.
- Friday (Arms) It’s a mix of exercises for biceps and triceps.
- Cool-down: Just some basic stretching, holding each stretch for a bit.
My Thoughts
I’ve got to say, I’m tired. I’m very exhausted! I mean, I pushed myself, but I definitely wasn’t lifting the kind of weight Roman Reigns is probably doing. Still, I felt pretty good afterwards, that satisfying kind of sore.
It’s a solid workout, I tried and get. It hits all the major muscle groups, and it’s pretty straightforward. If you’re looking for something to push you, I think this is a good one to try. Just remember to start slow and listen to your body. Don’t go trying to be a superhero on day one!
And the import thing to do is keep the habit, I will do more traning tomorrow.
