Okay, so, the other day I was thinking about those classic Super Bowl games, and the Buffalo Bills kept popping into my head. It’s kinda crazy, right?
Digging into the Bills’ Super Bowl History
So, I started digging around. Turns out, those guys were Super Bowl regulars for a while there! I mean, they went to four – count ’em, FOUR – Super Bowls in a row!

- 1993
It’s wild. I did some more searching and it turns out they’re the only team to ever do that, four straight appearances. Which is, you know, amazing in itself.
But here’s the kicker, the real gut-punch: they didn’t win any of them. Not a single one. Can you imagine getting that close, four times in a row, and coming up empty-handed every time?
I even found the score of one of their losses. The one in 1994, Super Bowl XXVIII, they lost to the Cowboys 30-13. I can only imagine how the fans felt. Ouch.
It made me think, what a rollercoaster of emotions that must have been for Buffalo fans. The highs of getting there, the lows of… well, you know. Still, making it to four straight Super Bowls is something, I have to hand it to them. I remember thinking, even though they didn’t win, that’s a pretty big deal to have that history.
