Okay, so today I wanted to dig into something I’ve been curious about for a while – Carson Wentz’s college career. I mean, we all know him from the NFL, but where did he really hone his skills? Let’s get to it.

My Starting Point
I honestly started with just a simple search. Typed in “Carson Wentz college” and see what popped up. I knew he wasn’t from one of those huge, well-known football schools, so I was ready to do a little digging.
What I learned.
I found out that he played at North Dakota State University (NDSU). Not exactly an Alabama or an Ohio State, right? Which, honestly, made me even more interested. How did this guy go from a relatively smaller program to the NFL?
Deep Dive into NDSU
NDSU is in the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS).From 2011 to 2015, he was a part of the NDSU Bison team.
During his five seasons, he was on five teams that took home the NCAA Division I Football Championship.
Then in 2014, he took over the starting quarterback position.
My Takeaway
This whole research dive really shows that talent can come from anywhere. It’s not always about the biggest name schools. Wentz’s success at NDSU, leading them to multiple championships, is * makes you appreciate the journey and the hard work it takes to get to the top, no matter where you start from.
