Okay, so I’ve been trying to get better at crosswords lately. It’s, like, a thing I do to unwind. Today, I tackled this “Golden Tune” crossword, and man, it was a journey. Let me tell you about it.

I started, as usual, by just staring at the grid. You know, that moment of “where do I even begin?” Feeling a little lost, I decided to go for the shorter clues first. I figured, get some momentum going, right?
I scanned through the clues, looking for anything that seemed easy. “Short word for ‘photograph’?” Easy, “PIC.” Boom, first word down. Then, I saw a clue about a type of bird… I guessed “OWL”. Seemed good so far. I filled in the other ones I recognized.
- I tackled the across clues.
- Then I moved to the down clues.
- I skipped any clue that felt too hard.
After getting a few more easy ones, things got tougher. There were clues about music – that’s the “Golden Tune” part, I guess – and I’m not super knowledgeable about old songs. I stared blankly. I spent a lot of time on this one. But, I really felt satisfying on this one!
I am pround of what I did today.
