Okay, so I was super curious about who’s the king of golf majors. You know, like, who’s bagged the most of those super important tournaments? I decided to finally figure it out, once and for all.

Digging In
First, I just started, well, searching. I figured there must be information about it, but the thing is I’m not even that big a golf fan. So I was a bit lost at sea at the begining. I spent I don’t know how long just browsing random stuff, feeling like I was getting nowhere.
Then I decided to make things a little more organized. I started listing out the names of golfers I did know, the big ones everyone talks about. Think Tiger Woods, obviously. I jotted them down on a piece of paper, just to keep track.
Getting My Hands Dirty
- Started a simple paper.
- Wrote down players that came to my mind.
- Checked all the names one by one.
I started looking for names in the articles, counting up their wins, and making little tally marks next to each name. It felt a bit old-school, but hey, it worked!
The Big Reveal
After all that searching and tallying, one name kept popping up at the top: Jack Nicklaus. Turns out, the dude has a whopping 18 major championship wins! That’s seriously impressive.
It was actually kind of fun, like a mini-research project. And now I can finally answer that question that’s been bugging me. Jack Nicklaus, he’s the major champion of major champions!
