Okay, so the other day, I was just chilling and watching some golf highlights, and this question popped into my head: “Who has won the most Masters Tournaments?” I mean, I know some of the big names, but I wasn’t sure who held the actual record.

So, first things first, I grabbed my phone and opened up my go-to search engine. I typed in something simple like, “most masters wins golf”.
The results popped up instantly, and it was pretty clear. It’s all there, plain and simple.
The Golden Bear Reigns Supreme
Yep, it’s Jack Nicklaus. I kinda figured, but it’s cool to see it confirmed. I kept reading the article and saw these interesting point:
- Jack Nicklaus: 6 Wins (1963, 1965, 1966, 1972, 1975, 1986)
- Tiger Woods: 5 Wins (1997, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2019)
- Arnold Palmer: 4 Wins (1958, 1960, 1962, 1964)
I scrolled through a few of the articles to get some more background. I learned that Nicklaus won his first Masters in 1963 and his last, incredibly, in 1986, at the age of 46! That’s just mind-blowing. Imagine being that good for that long.
It was a pretty simple search, really. No need to dig too deep. The information was readily available. I satisfied my * is Jack Nicklaus and he is the player to win the most masters.
