Okay, so today I wanted to try and recreate that iconic photo of Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig. You know, the one where they’re both leaning on their bats and grinning? It’s such a classic baseball image, and I thought it’d be fun to mess around with recreating it.
Getting Started
First things first, I needed to find the original photo. I thought I’d find the images, so I spent a lot of time searching with some simple words. After a while, I got it.
The Setup
I got a couple of baseball bats, put one down and the other on my * of course, tried to get the right kind of backdrop.I try to make the similar pose like them.
Taking the Photo
This part was pretty much trial and error. I’m no photographer, that’s for sure! I set up my phone on a little stand. Trying to get the angle right, and the lighting… ugh, the lighting was a pain. Took a bunch of shots, moving the phone, adjusting the lights in my room, the whole nine yards.
The Final Result (Sort Of)
Alright, let’s be real, it’s no masterpiece. I am satisfied and upload it. It’s not perfect, but it kinda, sorta captures the vibe of the original.
