Okay, so today I decided to dig into “Sam Hartman eligibility.” It sounded kinda vague, so my first step was, well, figuring out what I was even dealing with.

I started by, you know, just plain Googling the phrase. I figured it would be something straightforward, like eligibility for some program or something. Boy, was I wrong.
