Okay, so I’ve been seeing these “PLD” golf hats everywhere lately, and I finally caved and decided to figure out what the deal was. Turns out, it’s not as complicated as I thought!
First, I did a quick search. I saw that PLD stands for “Putting Lab Design”. I guess that makes sense – it’s all about putters, and those are pretty important.

I even saw some posts mentioning that pro golfers on the big tours like PGA, DP World, and even LIV Golf, use PLD stuff.
