Okay, so today I was messing around with this whole “Goedert or Laporta” thing. It all started when I was trying to figure out which tight end to pick up for my fantasy football team. I was torn between these two guys, and I just couldn’t make up my mind!
First, I dug into some stats. I opened up a bunch of websites, you know, the usual sports news and stats pages. I started comparing their receiving yards, touchdowns, targets – all that good stuff. It was a bit overwhelming, to be honest, so many numbers!
The Research Phase

- Looked at targets per game to see who gets the ball more.
Then, I decided to see what other people were saying. I jumped onto some football forums and Reddit threads. I figured I’d get some opinions from other fantasy football players, maybe some experts even. It was a mixed bag, some people were all about Goedert, others were firmly in the Laporta camp.
After that, I thought, “Okay, let’s look at some game footage.” So I fired up YouTube and watched some highlight reels of both players. I wanted to see their playing styles, how they move, how they catch, that kind of thing.
Honestly, after all that, I was still pretty split. Both guys looked good! It felt like a coin flip.
In the end, after all my research and consideration, I made my choice.
It was a tough call, for a fun topic for me.
