Man, scoring tickets to a Celtics-Nuggets game is a whole adventure in itself. Here’s how I went about it, hopefully it helps someone else out.

The Hunt Begins
First, I decided I wanted to go. That’s the easy part, right? Then came the reality check – these tickets aren’t cheap, especially when two popular teams are playing.
I started by checking the usual suspects, the official team websites. Browsed around a bit, saw some prices, and immediately felt my wallet cower in fear.
Digging Deeper
I knew I needed to get creative. So, I hit up some of those secondary market sites. You know the ones, where people resell their tickets.
- I spent a good chunk of time comparing prices across different platforms. It’s like a game of digital whack-a-mole, prices popping up and down.
- I set up some price alerts. Basically, you tell the site what you’re willing to pay, and they email you if a ticket matches your price. Pretty handy.
The Waiting Game
Honestly, a lot of this process is just waiting. Waiting for the right price, waiting for the right seats, waiting for that email alert to pop up. It’s a test of patience, for sure.
There’s also that fear of missing out. You see a decent price, but you’re not sure if it’s THE best price. Do you grab it? Do you wait? The struggle is real.
Scored!
Finally, after all the searching and waiting, I snagged a pair! Not the cheapest seats in the house, but definitely within my budget. And honestly, the view was still pretty great.
The feeling of actually getting the tickets? Awesome. All that effort paid off.
Then, after getting tickets, I booked a room for one night and ordered a plane ticket.

That all thing took me about 2 weeks.
