Okay, here’s my blog post about figuring out the sponsors of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast:

So, I’ve been listening to the Joe Rogan Experience for, like, forever. And you always hear those ads, right? But I started wondering, who actually sponsors the show? I mean, I hear the same names pop up, but I wanted the full picture. I wanted to do it for my friend to help with research for his report.
My Deep Dive into JRE Sponsorships
First, I just started listening really closely. Like, I grabbed a notepad and started jotting down every sponsor mentioned during a few episodes. I felt like a detective, it sounds really silly. It was tedious, though. Pausing, rewinding, making sure I got the name right… definitely not the most efficient way to do things.
Then, I thought, “There’s gotta be a better way.” So I hit up Google. I tried searching for “Joe Rogan sponsors list” and variations of that. I found some stuff, but it was all over the place. Some websites had partial lists, some were outdated, and some just felt… unreliable. Lots of clicking around and getting nowhere.
I also went straight to the source – I checked the show notes on Spotify and other podcast apps. Sometimes they list the sponsors there, but it wasn’t consistent. Some episodes had detailed lists, others had nothing. Super frustrating!
After that, I started to assemble my own list, I start to classify them.
- Supplements & Health:Onnit is obvious of course.
- Food & Delivery: I feel like that is easy to remember.
- Lifestyle & Apparel:There are many brands,but I can remember some.
- Tech & Services: Express加速器, that makes sense.
Honestly, the whole thing was way more work than I expected! Wish me luck with my friends reports
