Okay, so I’ve been messing around with Jessie in Brawl Stars, trying to find the best build for her. I started by just playing a bunch of matches with her, you know, just to get a feel for how she plays.

Experimenting with Gadgets and Star Powers
First, I tinkered with her gadgets. I tried out “Spark Plug,” which slows down enemies hit by her turret’s shots. It seemed pretty good in game modes like Gem Grab and Brawl Ball, where I was trying to control a specific area. I could plop down my turret and make it that more difficult for the opponents to make any movement to grab objectives, so I was winning more and more when use this “Spark Plug”.
Then I used “Recoil Spring” for a few matches. This one makes Jessie’s turret shoot way faster for a short time. That was better in game modes like Heist and Hot Zone. You know what i am saying? I could get some serious damage output and burst down their safe or control the zone.
I’ve got to test the star powers. I started with “Energize,” which lets Jessie heal her turret by shooting at it. It was, in my own opinion, super helpful to keep my turret alive longer, especially when it was under heavy fire. It felt really strong in those longer matches.
After that, I swapped to “Shocky,” which makes the turret’s shots bounce between enemies. That seemed more suitable to fight against teams that clumped together a lot. I did get some awesome chain reactions and surprised myself a few times with the extra damage.
Gears Adjustment
Don’t forget the gears! I mostly used the Damage gear and shield gear, which is no brainer, give jessie that much damage and durability.
But the speed gear is pretty awesome too, it helped me repositioning jessie better.
The Best Build?
So, after all that playing and testing, here’s what I think is the best Jessie build depending on the situation:
- For area control (Gem Grab, Brawl Ball): “Spark Plug” gadget, “Energize” Star Power.
- For high damage output (Heist, Hot Zone): “Recoil Spring” gadget, “Shocky” Star Power.
Remember, I built Jessie based on damage and shield gear.

But, hey, that’s just my experience! It’s all about experimenting and finding what works best for your playstyle. Keep tinkering and have fun!
