Alright, let me tell you about my little adventure with Stacy Vasil. I stumbled upon this name while I was digging around, trying to find some cool design inspiration. You know how it is, just endlessly scrolling, hoping something catches your eye.

So, first thing I did was fire up my browser and started Googling “Stacy Vasil.” I wanted to see what this person was all about. Turns out, she’s a designer, and her work looked pretty interesting. Lots of clean lines, bold colors, and a kind of minimalist vibe that I’m really into right now.
Next up, I went straight to her portfolio, which I managed to dig up after a bit of searching. It was pretty slick. Lots of different projects, ranging from branding to web design. I spent a good hour just clicking through everything, trying to get a feel for her style and approach.
I even tried to recreate one of her simpler designs in Figma, just to get a hands-on feel for how she might have approached it. It was a lot harder than it looked! I spent a good chunk of the afternoon tweaking things, moving elements around, and generally trying to get it to look as polished as her original.
After that, I tried to find her on social media – Instagram, Behance, you name it. Wanted to see if she shared any insights into her process or any behind-the-scenes stuff. Found her Instagram, which was mostly her work and some personal snaps. Not a ton of deep dives into her design philosophy, but it was still cool to see what she was up to.
Finally, I decided to just take all the inspiration I gathered and apply it to a personal project I’ve been kicking around. Nothing major, just a little website redesign for a friend’s blog. But I tried to incorporate some of the things I learned from Stacy Vasil – the clean typography, the bold color palette, the overall sense of simplicity. It definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone, but I think it turned out pretty well!
Overall, it was a fun little experiment. I didn’t become Stacy Vasil overnight, obviously, but it was cool to see how her work could influence my own. It’s all about finding inspiration wherever you can, right?
