Okay, so tonight’s big question running through my head was: is Curry playing tonight? You know how it is, you hear whispers, maybe see a notification, but you gotta be sure before you commit your evening.
Figuring Things Out
First thing I did was grab my tablet. It’s usually faster than booting up the old laptop. I just opened up my usual sports app, the one I rely on. Had to scroll a bit, past the baseball scores and whatnot.
Then I found the NBA schedule for today. There it was, Warriors game listed. Tapped on that right away. Needed to check the injury report or the game preview. Sometimes they bury that info.
Took a minute, but yeah, scrolled down, and saw the projected lineups. Good news, Steph looked like he was starting. No mention of him sitting out or being injured recently. Phew. That was step one sorted.
Getting Set Up
Alright, knowing the man himself was going to be on the court, I decided I needed to get properly set up. Can’t just half-watch a game like this.
- First, I headed to the kitchen. Gotta have snacks, right? Grabbed a bag of chips, nothing too fancy, and poured myself a cold drink.
- Next, back to the living room. Found the main remote – always seems to wander off. Turned on the TV.
- Flicked over to the right channel, the one broadcasting the game. Pre-game show was already on. Perfect timing.
- Got my spot on the couch ready. Fluffed the pillow a bit. You know, the usual ritual.
So yeah, that was my little process for tonight. Confirmed the main event was happening, got my essentials sorted, and now I’m just settled in, waiting for tip-off. Pretty standard stuff, but feels good to be ready. Let’s see what number 30 does tonight!
