Okay, so you wanna know about those WWE heel turns in 2024, huh? Alright, buckle up, because I’m gonna lay it all out for ya, just how I saw it unfold and what I thought about it all.

First off, let’s talk about that whole Sami Zayn thing. Remember how he was riding high with The Bloodline? Man, that was gold. But you just KNEW something was gonna give. I mean, c’mon, Roman Reigns doesn’t share the spotlight for long. So, the cracks started showing, right? Little disagreements, Sami getting a little too popular… Classic slow burn stuff. I saw it coming a mile away, but it still hit hard when it happened.
The actual turn? It was at that Elimination Chamber thing, right? When Roman beat Kevin Owens to a pulp. Sami was like, torn. You could see it in his eyes. He couldn’t bring himself to do what Roman wanted. Then, BAM! The chair shot! Right in Roman’s back. The crowd went absolutely nuts. I was screaming at my TV. It was beautifully done. I thought, “Finally! He did it!”.
Then there was the whole Rhea Ripley situation. Look, I dig Rhea. She’s a powerhouse. But her whole “Judgment Day” thing was getting a little stale, at least that’s what I was thinking. She was kinda just… there. And then Dom Dom joined. That was an amazing addition. She became the top woman in the company, and her matches got even more brutal.
Now, the twist with Dom Dom, I didn’t see that coming. He was all buddy-buddy with the Mysterio, and then all of a sudden, he’s doing prison time and turning on his father. It was a great swerve. I feel like he’s become more of a man since turning to the dark side.
Moving on, that whole Bianca Belair and Damage CTRL thing. Now, I like Bianca. She’s a great athlete, no doubt. But her babyface run was getting a little too squeaky clean, you know? So, when Bayley and her crew started targeting her, I was kinda hoping Bianca would snap. And she did. It wasn’t a full-on, destroy-everything heel turn, but she definitely showed a more aggressive side. I’m here for it. This heel persona is going to add more layers to her character, and it’s gonna be interesting to see where that goes.
Finally, I gotta mention Solo Sikoa. This guy doesn’t smile or show any emotion. He is all business, and when he stares at you, it’s bone chilling. He is the perfect silent assassin. I like seeing him grow as a solo act, and he is definitely going to be the guy to beat in the future.
- Sami turning on Roman was the big one. Pure gold.
- Dom Dom finally growing a pair.
- Bianca getting a little edge. Good stuff.
- Solo is someone to watch. He is the future.
So yeah, those are the heel turns that really stuck with me in 2024 so far. Some were predictable, some were shocking, but they all added something to the shows. Can’t wait to see what happens next!
