Okay, so today I’m gonna spill the beans on how I kinda “cheated” my way to making Dreamlight Valley a little easier. Don’t get me wrong, I love the grind, but sometimes you just wanna speed things up, ya know?

First things first: Moonstones! Those things are precious. I figured out pretty quick that hitting up the daily blue chest is a MUST. Seriously, I made it part of my morning routine. Hunt that thing down! It can be ANYWHERE, even in spots you haven’t unlocked yet. Trust me, 50 Moonstones a pop adds up fast. I’d literally sprint around the valley like a madman until I heard that satisfying ching.
Then, I got smart about my cooking. I mean, who doesn’t love cooking in the game, right? But instead of just whipping up random stuff, I decided to focus on the big bucks. I started mass-producing Large Seafood Platters. The recipe is simple: 4 of ANY seafood and 1 Lemon. But here’s the kicker: Lobster. Load that platter with lobster, and the selling price goes through the roof! I became a lobster-harvesting machine, checking Dazzle Beach like it was my job. I’d hoard them in chests like a dragon guarding its gold. Then, a massive cooking session and BAM, Scrooge McDuck levels of coins flowing in.
Next up: Dreamlight Duties! I know, they can be a bit of a drag, but they’re seriously worth it. I’m talking thousands of coins, people! I started prioritizing the ones that make you buy seeds from each biome. It felt kinda dumb at first, spending the coins to make coins. But it’s like investing, ya know? Buy the seeds, plant ’em, water ’em, harvest ’em, sell ’em. Profit! I got into a rhythm, checking the duties first thing and planning my day around them. Think of it as your daily chores, but with a sweet, sweet reward.
I even messed around with the game’s clock a little, but honestly, I didn’t love it. It felt too much like cheating-cheating, and it messed with my daily rewards. So, I stuck to the in-game “legit” methods. Plus, those methods were much more fun.
So, there you have it! My not-so-secret strategies for making Dreamlight Valley a little less grindy and a lot more enjoyable. Now, go forth and prosper!
