Okay, so I saw this thing called “Wall Street Wonders” for Monopoly Go and figured, why not give it a shot? It’s a two-day event, they said. Started on January 11th, so I jumped in.
First thing I did was just start playing the game normally. I went around the board, you know, the usual stuff. But I noticed that every time I hit certain milestones, I got some goodies. Nothing major at first, some in-game cash, some of those sticker packs – you know the ones you use to complete the collections.
But then I started getting dice rolls. And let me tell you, getting free dice rolls in this game is pretty sweet. It means more chances to move around, more chances to land on properties, and, hopefully, more chances to bankrupt my opponents.
Here’s how I really got into it:
-
I made sure to log in every day while the event was running. Two days isn’t a lot of time, and I didn’t want to miss out on anything. I played whenever I had some free time – waiting in line, on my lunch break, you get the idea.
-
I kept an eye on those milestones. They tell you exactly what you need to do to get the next reward. I focused on hitting those milestones one by one. It was kind of like a little mini-quest within the game.
-
I used those free dice rolls strategically. I didn’t just roll without thinking. I looked at the board, saw where I wanted to land, and tried to time my rolls to get there. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t, but it was worth a shot.
By the end of the two days, I had racked up a decent amount of rewards. I got a good chunk of cash, finished a couple of sticker collections, and had a nice stash of dice rolls saved up. Was I a Monopoly Go millionaire? Nah, but I definitely felt like I got a good deal out of this Wall Street Wonders thing.
It was a fun little event, nothing too crazy, but definitely worth participating in if you’re already playing Monopoly Go. Just remember to play regularly during the event, focus on the milestones, and use those free dice rolls wisely. You might be surprised at how much you can earn!
