Alright, so I decided to tackle the Platinum trophy for PAYDAY 3. I’d heard it was a doozy, so I dove in headfirst. First thing I did was just play through the story, you know, get a feel for the game. I gotta say, those heists are intense!
After wrapping up the main missions, I started looking at the trophy list. Seemed like a good mix of stuff, some easy, some looked pretty tough. I figured I’d knock out the simple ones first. Upgrading my gear, that was a no-brainer. I just played a few heists, got some cash, and bam, first trophy popped. Felt good!
Then came the hordes. Man, those were a challenge. I teamed up with some random folks online, and we tried a few different strategies. Took a while, but we finally managed to take one down. Another trophy in the bag. It’s kinda cool how you gotta work together in this game.
I saw this one trophy, “Tech Mogul,” where you gotta secure some high-tech devices on the 99 Boxes heist. Sounded complicated, but I was up for it. I found a guide online, watched a couple of videos, and gave it a shot. Took a few tries, ngl. Coordinating with my team, making sure we were all on the same page, it was tough. But hey, we pulled it off. The feeling when that trophy popped? Amazing.
There’s also some achievement about exploiting the “Touch the Sky” mission for easy points. I haven’t tried that yet. Seems a bit cheesy, but who knows, maybe I’ll give it a go if I get desperate. I’m trying to get these trophies legit, you know? Feels more rewarding that way.
- Story Missions: First, I finished all the story missions. This gave me a good understanding of the game.
- Easy Trophies: Then, I got some easy ones like upgrading my gear. Just needed some in-game cash for that.
- Hordes: I teamed up with others to defeat hordes. It took some time and teamwork, but we did it.

Overall, it’s been a grind, but a fun one. I’ve still got a bunch of trophies to collect, but I’m making progress. It’s cool how this game makes you try out different things, play with different people. I’m not usually one for trophy hunting, but PAYDAY 3 has got me hooked.
