Alright, so I’ve been meaning to jazz up my desktop, and I thought, why not show some love for the Steelers? Specifically, Najee Harris. I mean, the guy’s a beast on the field, right? So, I decided to make myself a custom Najee Harris wallpaper.
Looked for Some Inspiration
First, I jumped online to see what was already out there. I browsed through a bunch of sites, but nothing really caught my eye. Most of the wallpapers were just, you know, standard stuff. Nothing that really popped. I did find a couple on some random sites, but they were low-res, blurry images, and no thanks.
Gathered My Materials
Since I couldn’t find anything I liked, I figured I’d just make my own. I started by grabbing some high-quality action shots of Najee. Found a few good ones from recent games. I used some simple keywords like “Najee Harris best action picture” in Google image, and the results were not bad.
Started Designing
Next, I opened up my trusty old photo editing software. Nothing fancy, just something I’ve been using for years. I started playing around with the photos, cropping them, adjusting the brightness and contrast. I wanted something that looked dynamic and energetic, just like Najee’s playing style.
Experimented with Layouts
I tried a few different layouts. At first, I thought about doing a collage with multiple images. But then, I decided to keep it simple and focus on one powerful shot. It was a picture where he’s breaking a tackle, looked really cool. I experimented with a few different backgrounds, mostly dark, sleek designs with the Steelers’ colors, black and yellow, subtly incorporated.
Added Some Finishing Touches
Once I was happy with the main image and the background, I added a few finishing touches. I put in the Steelers logo, small and discreet, in the corner. I also thought about adding Najee’s number, 22, but decided against it. Kept it clean and simple. I figured that those who know, they know. Besides, I read somewhere that the Steelers didn’t pick up his fifth-year option this year, so maybe it’s for the best.
Set It as My Wallpaper
Finally, I saved the image and set it as my desktop wallpaper. Boom! Instant upgrade. Every time I look at my screen now, I get a little dose of Steelers pride. Plus, it’s a nice reminder of what hard work and determination can achieve. Najee’s a great example of that.
So yeah, that’s how I ended up with a custom Najee Harris wallpaper. It was a fun little project, and I’m pretty stoked with how it turned out. Might even make some more for other players. Who knows?
Anyway, that’s all from me for now. Hope you guys enjoyed this little behind-the-scenes look at my wallpaper-making adventure. Stay tuned for more! Go Steelers!
