So, I’ve been digging into this whole “Timewalking” thing in World of Warcraft, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride. I’ve been seeing this “Turbulent Timeways” event pop up, and at first, I was like, “What in the Azeroth is this?”
I started by doing some good old-fashioned research, just like any respectable gamer would. It turns out, Turbulent Timeways is basically a chance to go back in time and play through dungeons from older expansions. You know, like a blast from the past! And the best part? You get some sweet bonus experience while you’re at it.
Now, I wanted the full scoop, so I went on a mission to find out the schedule for this event. It took some digging, but I finally found out the entire timeline. From what I gathered, it’s gonna run from the week of March 28th all the way to the week of May 2nd. That’s a good chunk of time to get your nostalgia on, am I right?
Getting into the Timewalking dungeons was the next hurdle. Apparently, you gotta use the Dungeon Finder to queue up for these bad boys. So, I logged in, fired up the Dungeon Finder, and sure enough, there they were. It’s like the game is giving us a little history lesson while we bash some old-school bosses.
Here’s how I got in on the action:
- Logged into the game. Pretty obvious first step, gotta be in the game to play, right?
- Hit up the Dungeon Finder. This is where the magic happens. It’s like the portal to the past.
- Queued up for a Timewalking dungeon. Chose my dungeon, and waited for the queue to pop. It’s like waiting in line for a rollercoaster, except you get to beat up monsters instead of riding a coaster.
- Played it. Got my butt kicked by some familiar faces, and some good loots, it was a fun experience.
I even found out that these Timewalking dungeons can drop some pretty sweet loot. Stuff that you’d normally only get from Heroic runs. It’s like a little bonus for taking a trip down memory lane. I even picked up the Timewalking quest from a callboard – snagged some Mark of Ascension and Mystic Orbs. Not too shabby!
