Alright, so, I’ve been meaning to catch a WWE event for ages, and when I heard that WrestleMania 40 was coming to Philadelphia in 2024, I knew I had to be there. This is the first time in 25 years that it’s hitting Philly, so it’s kind of a big deal. I started by doing a quick search online to get an idea of what I was getting into.
Getting the Tickets
First things first, I needed to figure out when the tickets were going on sale. Found out that they were available from this Friday at 10 a.m. So, I marked my calendar and set a reminder because, you know, these things sell out fast.
The day came, and I was ready. I jumped online right at 10 a.m. There are a lot of sites that sell them, I went to Ticketmaster’s site to see all the show info. I saw that the event is at the Wells Fargo Center on April 8th. It’s part of their North America tour that’s running from January to September. I saw some familiar names on the list: World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER, Seth Rollins, Damian Priest, Drew McIntyre, Jey Uso, and Sami Zayn. That got me even more excited.
Checking Out the Prices
Now, about the prices. I saw some posts saying tickets could be as low as $25 to $35 for some of the other events, but I figured WrestleMania would be pricier. And I was right. Some of the cheapest seats were going for around $49, but I also saw prices as high as $5,035! That’s insane, right? But, apparently, that’s part of their strategy to make WrestleMania feel like a “premium” event. I ended up finding some decent seats for around $110 to $120. Not too bad, considering it’s WrestleMania.
Finalizing the Purchase
After comparing a few options and making sure I was getting a good deal, I went ahead and bought the tickets. It was pretty straightforward – picked my seats, entered my payment info, and boom, tickets secured. They even had a mobile delivery option, which is super convenient. No need to print anything out. I’m actually considering going to Europe next year and, I know this sounds crazy, but maybe I will watch WWE Live in Italy. I saw that there are tickets selling online so, why not?
Looking Forward to the Event
So, yeah, that’s my story of how I got my hands on WWE tickets for Philadelphia 2024. I’m pretty stoked about it. It’s not just a regular event; it’s WrestleMania, in Philly, after 25 years! I’ll be sure to share some pics and maybe even some videos from the event. Stay tuned!
