Okay, so, I’ve always been a huge fan of video game hats, those cool caps and things that show off our favorite games. I mean, who doesn’t love to rep their gaming passion, right? So, I decided to dive deep into this whole world of video game hats and, man, was it a journey!
First, I started by hitting up this place called “Level Up” – yeah, the name is pretty on the nose. Apparently, they’ve been around since 2010, which is like, forever in internet years. They’re all about that gamer merch life, so I figured it’d be a good place to start. I spent hours browsing their site, and I gotta say, they have a ton of stuff.
After I got some hats,I thought I’d do a little update and share some extra thoughts. I also got this LG Ultragear Gaming Monitor.
Then I remembered, I also picked up the Corsair Scimitar Elite Wireless mouse recently, and since we’re talking about gaming gear, it kinda fits. And oh boy, this mouse is something else! The number of buttons on this thing is insane, perfect for MMOs or any game where you need a bunch of shortcuts. It felt a bit weird at first, with all those buttons on the side, but once I got used to it, it was a game-changer. No more stretching my fingers across the keyboard for those far-off keys.
I also grabbed an Elgato Stream Deck+, which isn’t directly related to hats, but hey, it’s cool gaming tech, and I’m all about that. This thing is like a mini control center for your PC. You can set up all sorts of shortcuts and commands, which is super handy.
Oh, and last but not least, I finally got my hands on the Steam Deck OLED. This thing is a beast! It’s basically a portable PC, and the OLED screen makes everything look so vibrant. I spent an entire weekend just messing around with it, installing all my favorite games.
This whole experience reminded me why I love gaming so much. It’s not just about the games themselves, but also the community and the cool gear that comes with it.
