Okay, so I’ve been trying to find out how the high school golf championship in Florida turned out. It’s a bit of a maze, but I think I’ve finally got it sorted. Here’s what happened.
First off, I started looking around for any info on the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) website. That place is a bit clunky, to be honest. No luck there. I knew I needed the results from the state championship, you know, to see who won and all that. Then it hit me, there must be an app for that!
So, I searched for the FHSAA Golf App, and there it was. I downloaded it and started poking around. Lo and behold, they had the daily pairings listed. It wasn’t exactly the final results, but it was something.
I also heard something about Tiger Woods’ son, Charlie, playing. Apparently, he’s pretty good, just like his dad! I dug a little deeper and found out that he was playing for The Benjamin School. Turns out, his team actually won the Class 1A state championship! How cool is that? I even read that Tiger was there, watching proudly. That’s got to be a great feeling for both of them.
- Downloaded the FHSAA Golf App
- Found daily pairings
- Confirmed Charlie Woods’ team won
- Read about Tiger Woods’ being there
It wasn’t a walk in the park, but I managed to piece together most of what I wanted to know.
Final Thoughts
This whole thing was a bit of a journey. I went from knowing absolutely nothing about the results to actually figuring out who won and even some cool side stories. It’s always interesting to see how these things unfold, and finding out about Charlie Woods’ team winning was a nice bonus. I’ll definitely keep an eye out for the FHSAA golf stuff next year, maybe through that app again.
