So, I was trying to get this “erika herman” thing working, whatever that is, and let me tell you, it was a journey. Started out pretty clueless, I did.
First Steps – Total Confusion
First, I tried to figure out what this erika herman even was. Searched for it. Got some vauge results, it’s not very clear on the net.
I tried to read more and piece the info together. It’s a pain.
Trying and Failing… A Lot
- Downloaded some stuff: Thought I needed some programs, so I got a couple that seemed related. Turns out, half of them were useless for this.
- Watched videos: Spent hours watching tutorials. Most were too fast, or skipped important steps. Seriously, who makes these things?
- copy and past the code from the tutorial. It’s not working and always get lots of error.
Finally Making Progress (Maybe?)
After what felt like forever, I finally found a forum post with someone who seemed to know what they were talking about. I copied their steps carefully. Slowly it made some sense for me.
It WORKED! (Sort Of…)
Believe it or not, after all that messing around, I actually got something to work! It wasn’t perfect, and it definitely wasn’t pretty, but it was *’s slow, but I think I need to get some config.
So, yeah, that’s my erika herman story. Total pain in the butt, but I learned a bit. Would I do it again? Probably not. But hey, at least I can say I tried, right?
