Alright, so I’ve been messing around with 2v2 in Clash Royale a lot lately. It’s just so much more fun with a friend, you know? I wanted to find some killer decks that really work, not just some random stuff thrown together. So, I started digging around and experimenting.
First, I jumped into some casual 2v2 matches, just trying out different card combinations with my clanmate. We tried all sorts of things – some total disasters, some surprisingly good. We noted down everything, even the epic fails, because hey, you learn from mistakes, right?
Then I spent some time looking at pro player decks. and some web information. trying finded some populor decks, and tested and recorded.
My Test Record
- P.E.K.K.A. Ram Rider: Saw a few people using this. The idea is P.E.K.K.A. for defense, then Ram Rider for a quick counter-push. We tried, and it worked good.
- Golem Beatdown: Classic, right? Golem in the back, build up a huge push. It can be super strong, but also kinda slow. We found it worked best if you had one person focused on defense while the other built the Golem push.
- Hog Cycle: This is all about fast attacks. Lots of cheap cards to quickly cycle back to your Hog Rider. We had some good wins with this, but you gotta be quick and precise. One mistake, and you’re toast!
- LavaLoon: Lava Hound in the back, Balloon behind it. It’s a classic air attack. We realized it’s strong, but easily countered if the other team has good air defense.
- Graveyard Freeze: Use other card to tank, and Graveyard+Freeze combo, It’s surprisingly deadly.
After all that testing, mixing and matching, and a ton of battles, I figured out a few things. Having a good mix of offense and defense is key, obviously. But also, communication with your partner is HUGE. You gotta be on the same page, calling out targets, planning your pushes.
So, did I find the absolute “best” 2v2 decks? I have some suggestion, but I think it still up to your card level and your partner. But I definitely found some combos that work really well, and most importantly, we had a blast figuring it all out!
