He asked if I wanted to be traded! Finally. I obviously said “Yes!” and it started a cutscene where my agent had a conversation with me.

He let me choose my new team, I chose the Giants.
And boom, just like that, I was traded. It took a little longer than I expected, but the key was to be patient, keep playing, engage in the story elements, and wait for the opportunity to present itself. Don’t just sit there mashing buttons; actually play the career mode as it’s intended!
