Okay, so today I decided to dive into Tiger Woods’ US Open wins. I’ve always been a huge golf fan, and Tiger is, well, Tiger. I wanted to really understand his dominance in those tournaments.

Getting Started
First, I fired up my computer. I needed some solid info, so I went straight to a search engine.
I simply typed in “Tiger Woods US Open Wins”. I wanted the basics first – years, locations, scores, that kind of stuff.
Digging Deeper
The initial search results gave me a good overview. I found out he’s won the US Open three times: 2000, 2002, and 2008.
- 2000: Pebble Beach – He absolutely crushed it, winning by a ridiculous 15 strokes!
- 2002: Bethpage Black – This one was tougher, but he still won by 3 strokes.
- 2008: Torrey Pines – This was epic. He basically played on a broken leg and won in a playoff!
I spent ages reading about his history.
Watching the Highlights
Knowing the basic facts wasn’t enough. I wanted to see these victories. I opened a video website and searched for highlights of each tournament.
Watching those old videos was awesome. Seeing the crowds, the pressure, and Tiger’s incredible shots… it really gave me a sense of how amazing those wins were.
His putting in 2000 was just unreal. And the drama of the 2008 playoff… I was on the edge of my seat, even though I knew the outcome!
Putting it All Together
After spending a few hours researching and watching, I felt like I had a much better grasp of Tiger’s US Open triumphs. It’s not just about the wins, but how he won them.

The 2000 victory was pure dominance. The 2002 win showed his grit and ability to grind out a victory. And 2008… that was just legendary, proving his toughness and determination.
It was time well spent, and I have a newfound appreciation for Tiger’s incredible achievements in those US Open tournaments.
