Alright, so I wanted to figure out this whole Scadutree Fragment thing in Elden Ring’s DLC, Shadow of the Erdtree. Like, do these things carry over when you start a New Game Plus? I really wanted to know this.
First, I jumped back into my current game, you know, the one I’d been playing for ages. I double-checked my inventory to make sure I had some Scadutree Fragments.
Then, Started a new journey. I went to the main menu and started a New Game Plus. Boom, loading screens, the whole deal.
Once I got control of my character in the new game, the very first thing I did was open up my inventory. I just had to see if those fragments were still there. you know,fingers crossed.
And guess what? They were there! All my precious Scadutree Fragments, just sitting pretty in my inventory, ready to be used. I was so relieved, all the time to collect them not gone!
- Checked my existing inventory for Scadutree Fragments. Yep, they were there.
- Started a New Game Plus from the main menu.
- Checked my inventory in the new game.
- Confirmed: Scadutree Fragments were present!
My conclusion
So yeah, from what I experienced, Scadutree Fragments do carry over into New Game Plus. It’s pretty simple, really. Grab them in your first playthrough, and they’ll be waiting for you when you start your next journey.
