Okay, so the other day I was hanging out with my buddies, and we got into this huge debate about NFL quarterbacks. You know, the usual – who’s the GOAT, who’s overrated, who’s underrated. It’s all fun and games until someone throws out a name you completely disagree with, and then it’s on!

So, to settle things once and for all (or at least until the next game), I decided to create a little quiz. A “NFL QB Ranking Quiz,” if you will. I figured, why not put our opinions to the test and see how we all stack up?
Building the Quiz
First, I grabbed a piece of paper and jotted down all the active quarterbacks I could think of. Then I add some legendary players. It was a pretty long list, let me tell you. Then came the hard part – figuring out the criteria. We decided on things like:
- Passing yards (obviously)
- Touchdowns
- Interceptions (the fewer, the better)
- Completion percentage
- Super Bowl wins (because rings matter, right?)
I spent a good hour or two just researching stats. I was deep in NFL website, checking and comparing different players, and let me tell you, it’s a rabbit hole! I thought I know much about NFL, but after compare those data, there were so much to learn!
Then I put together some questions that’s like “Who has the most career passing yards?” or “Which QB has the best touchdown-to-interception ratio?”. The questions range from easy to hard to make the quiz more interesting.
Taking the Quiz and Realizing
Finally, I gathered my friends again, passed out the quiz, and we all dove in. It was hilarious! Some of the answers were way off, and some people (cough Mike cough) were clearly letting their team loyalties influence their choices. The funny things is that people always think they know something, but they acually don’t.
After all the debating and arguing, we finally had some kind of a consensus, and some bragging rights were (temporarily) secured. But I realize it is fun to share and debate the opinions with the others, even if the topic is not so important. It also makes me find out how little I actually know, and there’s always more to learn, even about something as seemingly simple as ranking football players!
